Timeline: From Order to Delivery

Because every piece is a unique work of art made just for you, our delivery timeline is split into two phases. Please note that “business days” are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

  • Production Time: 4-7 business days
    This is the dedicated time our artists and production team require to create, print, and expertly frame your custom artwork before it is packaged for shipment.
  • Shipping Time: 5-9 business days
    This is the estimated transit time after your order has been produced and handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-16 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

We partner with reliable national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order is handled with care.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: We are delighted to provide FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a total value of $89 or more.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to its destination.

Address Accuracy & Taxes

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s full responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Giftwy is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
  • Taxes: In accordance with state and local laws, sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address.
