Delivery Timeline: Production & Shipping
Every artwork we create is custom-made just for you. The total delivery time includes both production and shipping. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Production Time: 4–7 business days
Our team dedicates this time to designing, printing, and framing your artwork before it is ready for shipment. -
Shipping Time: 5–9 business days
This is the estimated transit time with our carriers after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs & Carriers
We work with trusted national carriers, primarily USPS, FedEx, and DHL, to deliver your orders securely.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.95 for all orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $89.
The final shipping cost (including applicable taxes) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your door.
Address Accuracy, Taxes & Reshipment

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Giftwy is not liable for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers must pay a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost of $6.95.

Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws.
